The ethical dilemma award goes to:

Two Lawyers knew a guy was innocent of a murder becuase an unrelated client had confessed to them.

But they couldn't break attorney client privilege, becuase no life or death situation was at stake. they were actually hoping for a death sentence-since that would mean a life was at stake. But instead the innocent guy spent 26 years in prison to protect the privileged information the guilty man gave his Attoreny's.
